GMC reg: 3319974Guy Slater trained at Guy's hospital in London qualifying in 1989. He completed his postgraduate orthopaedic training in S.E. Thames and spent a year at the world famous Royal North Shore hospital in Sydney Australia. He was appointed a consultant in the NHS in 2002. He specialises in lower limb surgery; particularly primary hip and knee replacements. He is lower limb lead consultant at KIMS hospital.He is a member of the British Hip Society and the UK steering committee of the ATLS at the Royal College of Surgeons. He is match day doctor for Kent RFU and Old Elthamians RFC (Nat League 1).
