Dr Saldanha obtained a degree in Chemistry at Oxford University which included a pharmacological research project. He then qualified in Medicine having trained at St Thomas' Hospital, London. He undertook specialist neurology training at a number of hospitals in London including a senior registrar post at The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, Queen Square. He was then appointed Consultant Neurologist at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust in 2000. He is also an Honorary Consultant Neurologist at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London. Qualifications: BA (Oxon) 1984, MA (Oxon) 2004, MBBS (London) 1989, FRCP 2004.

Neurology - General Neurology
Dr Saldanha will see patients with a wide range of neurological symptoms including headache, dizziness, imbalance, numbness and weakness, tremor, seizures, blackouts and memory problems. Some examples of neurological conditions seen are migraine, multiple sclerosis (MS), epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy, motor neurone disease, stroke, transient ischaemic attack (TIA) and brain tumours. Dr Saldanha undertook basic research in peripheral nerve pain and inflammatory pain mechanisms. He will provide wrinkle treatments for patients with chronic migraine who qualify for this treatment.
