MBBS (1985 UWA), FRACS, FRCS Immediate past chairman of the Intercollegiate Specialty Board in Paediatric Surgery (UK) and chief examiner in Paediatric Surgery. I represent the British Association of Paediatric Surgeons on the Royal College of Surgeons Council and am chairman of the Children’s Surgery Forum RCS. Since 1995, I have worked at St George’s Hospital as a consultant paediatric surgeon. During my time at SGH, I have been head of department and chair of children’s surgery. I have been educational lead for Paediatric Surgical Trainees and honorary Senior Lecturer with St George’s Hospital Medical School, University of London. I teach undergraduate and postgraduate medical students on a weekly basis. I perform selection interviews, examine and lectures medical students several times each year.
