Edward Westcott was appointed as a consultant at Guys’ and St Thomas’ NHS foundation Trust in 2012. His major areas of practice are colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, hidradenitis supurativa and hernia surgery. He grew up on Worcestershire and came to London to study Medicine at St Mary’s Hospital Medical School. During his surgical training he worked in five Of London’s prestigious Teaching hospitals and undertook am MD into the pathogenesis of Crohn’s disease at St Mark’s Hospital.
