After graduating in Medicine from the University of Birmingham Medical School in 1995, I spent 11 years in postgraduate training in Birmingham, Warwick, York, Plymouth, London, Wakefield and Leeds, culminating with a 12-month Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have performed over 3000 coronary intervention procedures (angioplasty/stents). I am the Training Programme Director for Cardiology in South Yorkshire. My private practice is at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital and Circle Health Thornbury Hospital Sheffield.
