GMC reg: 4102982Richard Sim is an ENT specialist working in Bath & the south-west. His general training was undertaken in the southwest region & during this time he worked in most of the major regional hospitals including Bristol Children's Hospital. He was subsequently awarded the TWJ Fellowship in Otology & Neurotology with Professor Paul Fagan in Sydney undertaking further training in complex ear surgery. Mr Sim's NHS practice covers all aspects of ENT surgery including a "one-stop" neck lump clinic & dedicated paediatric clinic. His research undertaken at the Institute for Molecular Medicine at Oxford University has been recognised for the award of MD. He is currently lead thyroid surgeon and Divisional Director for Surgical and Family Services at Dorset County Hospital and clinical lead for the Dorset Cancer Partnership.
