Dr Pinky Khatri

I am a Consultant Gynaecologist working at James Cook University Hospital, specializing in laparoscopic (Keyhole) surgery, endometriosis and other women’s health issues. After completing medical school in 1996, she trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology prior to accomplishing a fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (Keyhole) and Endometriosis. She is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor devoting 18 years in care of women with gynaecological problems. Miss Khatri has always maintained an inherent passion for women’s health motivating her to further pursue Gynaecology as a specialty. Her impetus to do so was inspired from the eagerness to enhance women’s health by ensuring the provision of evidence based, up-to-date treatment. She firmly believes in granting clear information and involving patients as well as taking into account their thoughts during the treatment.
