Dr Michael Chapman

I am a consultant cardiologist based at The James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough. I am a caring and compassionate doctor providing a holistic approach to patient care. My NHS roles involve working on the general cardiology rota and within both the heart failure team and cardiac rhythm management team. I implant a range of cardiac devices (pacemakers, transvenous ICDs, subcutaneous ICDS and cardiac resynchronisation devices). I work as a principle investigator in several cardiac research studies and also currently hold the role of young EP ambassador for the UK within the European Heart Rhythm Association.
