GMC reg: 6114731I undertook my medical training at Newcastle University and qualified in 2005. I subsequently worked in the Northern Deanery and started my cardiology registrar training in 2009. During my final two years of training, I focused on my chosen subspecialty of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Device Therapy whilst working at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough and Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne. I completed my Cardiology Training in February 2017 and then undertook a Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for 8 months before starting work as a Locum Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist at the same institution. I started my substantive Consultant post at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in July 2018 and we are currently developing a complex Cardiac Electrophysiology service for patients who live in Norfolk. My training has provided me with a breadth of experience in all aspects of cardiology and arrhythmia management including standard and complex ablation and device implantation.
