Dr Ahmed Albu Soda

I trained in world-class institutions such as the University of London and King's College. I was part of the multi-million-renowned Marie Curie Training Network in neurogastroenterology. My PhD, undertaken at the University of London, focused on digestive pain (supervised by Prof Qasim Aziz). My postgraduate certificate in general medical ultrasound was completed at King's College London. In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in medical education and hold an honorary senior clinical lectureship at the Queen Mary University of London. I am also active in research. My recent publications include 'The anatomical basis for transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation’ and 'Systemic Review and Meta-Analysis: Conditioned Pain Modulation in Irritable Bowel Syndrome’. 

Dr Albusoda is an expert gastroenterologist and one of the UK's handful of specialists in neurogastroenterolgy. He spent several years studying the Brain-Gut connection. Dr Albusoda qualified from the world's top institutions. He is a regular speaker in international meetings and has been widely cited in literature.
