Dr David Wilson

Dr David Wilson is a consultant cardiologist who works at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. He was an undergraduate at Manchester and Lausanne, Switzerland and worked as a junior doctor in the North West of England and London. He undertook specialist cardiology training in Bristol and did a Fellowship in New Zealand before completing a Research Fellowship in Southampton.  Dr Wilson Specialises in heart failure and complex devices (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator and cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices). He has developed and leads heart failure service in Worcestershire by developing a Rapid Access Heart Failure service, developing the acute heart failure service and contributes to the palliative heart failure service. Dr Wilson is actively involved in clinical research and teaching.
