I have been a consultant in Anaesthetics and Chronic Pain Management since 2005, having trained in the North East Deanery. I hold an NHS post, practising anaesthetics in Northumbria NHS Foundation Trust and Chronic Pain Management in Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Foundation Trust. I see approximately 350 new patients per year in Chronic Pain Management, trying to improve patients pain experience and reduce their pain level but also help patients live the best life available to them while they may continue to experience pain. In my NHS contract I regularly anaesthetise patients for spinal surgery and orthopaedic joint replacement lists. Privately I anaesthetise for Mr Ata Kasis (Spinal surgery)
