Dr Charles Murray

Dr Charles Murray is a Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. He served as Senior Secretary of the British Society of Gastroenterology from 2009-2013. Dr Murray was Chair of the Education Committee of United European Gastroenterology 2019-2023, and Past President of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine. Dr Murray was awarded the Moti L. and Kamla Rustgi International Fellowship by the American Gastroenterological Association in 2005, and in 2007 was the Functional Brain-Gut Research Group Young Investigator of the Year. He is Department Chair of Gastroenterology at Cleveland Clinic London.
