His work at the Neurogastroenterology Unit at the University Hospital of South Manchester has led to numerous national and international presentations and publications. He earned his MD from the University of Manchester in 2012. He completed a fellowship in advanced endoscopic techniques at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, in 2014. In 2017, he received a prestigious BSG travelling endoscopy fellowship in Hamburg, Germany. His current research focuses on colon capsule endoscopy and the application of AI. Professional Journey • 2015: Joined Manor Hospital, Walsall, as a consultant gastroenterologist, introducing new procedures and services for the patients. He received the Clinical and Hospital Excellence Awards in 2019. • 2020: Appointed as a consultant gastroenterologist at the UHCW, specialising in advanced therapeutic endoscopy procedures. • 2022-2024: Served as the clinical service lead for the gastroenterology department.
