Mr. Benjamin Baker BMedSci, BMBS, MRCS, PGCert(MedEd), MBA, FRCS(Plast) is an award-winning Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeon and one of the UK’s leading experts in aesthetic surgery, and complex reconstructive procedures. He completed a prestigious national oncoplastic breast surgery fellowship in Newcastle, followed by an advanced international fellowship in reconstructive oncology at the world-renowned Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia, where he refined his expertise in tissue transplantation for breast reconstruction – including DIEP and thigh flap techniques.  In the NHS, Ben specialises in oncoplastic and microvascular breast reconstruction, working within Europe’s largest breast surgery service at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, and is one of the highest volume microvascular reconstructive surgeons in the UK.
