He studied medicine at Imperial College School of Medicine, London (formerly St. Mary’s Hospital) qualifying in 2004. He underwent specialist training at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), Stanmore and subsequent Specialist Registrar training on the Oxford registrar rotation centred at Oxford University. Sub-speciality training followed in hip and knee reconstruction in Canada on the internationally renowned University of Western Ontario Adult Reconstruction Fellowship program. He spent a further few months back at the RNOH with the Joint Reconstruction Unit before taking up his consultancy at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Mr Spiegelberg sees and treats many orthopaedic conditions and fractures. His sub-specialty interests are hip and knee surgery, including knee and hip replacement, partial knee replacement, arthroscopy, cartilage regeneration and revision joint replacements. Mr Spiegelberg remains active in research looking into various aspects of orthopaedic surgery of the hip and knee. He continues to publish and present research at national and international meetings. Mr. Spiegelberg always gives his best and aims to provide an 'outstanding performance' in all aspects of clinical care. He is a determined person with a passion, enthusiasm and dedication for his speciality. He brings this into the workplace by enhancing his teamworking skills to ensure that optimal patient satisfaction and outcomes are achieved.
