GMC reg: 6135087I specialise in knee surgery, including knee ligament and cartilage injuries, knee instability and pain, and knee arthritis. I graduated from Newcastle University School of Medicine in 2006, and quickly developed a passion for Orthopaedic Surgery. In undertook my junior medical and Higher Specialist Orthopaedic Training in the North East and Cumbria. Once I had completed registrar training, I undertook two Fellowships in Auckland, New Zealand, the first in all aspects of knee surgery, and the second focused on hip and knee replacement surgery. I was appointed as a Consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation trust in 2018.
