Dr Alvi, M Amir

Dr Alvi specialises in Rheumatic disorders including: – Rheumatoid arthritis, knee pain, back pain, connective tissue disorders including Lupus, Vasculitis, Osteoarthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Myositis and soft tissue rheumatology including Fibromyalgia. Dr Alvi completed his specialist training in Rheumatology, working across Leeds, Hull and Grimsby. He has extensive experience in rheumatology and has been working as a Consultant Rheumatologist since 2011. Dr Alvi is Clinical Lead for Rheumatology and honorary Senior lecturer at the Hull York Medical School. He thoroughly enjoys his job as a Rheumatologist as well as teaching to HYMS students.
