Dr Alexandra Taylor

Dr Alexandra Taylor is a Consultant in Clinical Oncology at The Royal Marsden Hospital, UK specialising in the treatment of gynaecological cancer. She undertook her medical training at the University of Cambridge and then Guy’s Hospital, University of London graduating in 1993. She then completed her specialist training in clinical oncology in 2003. Her MD research thesis at St Bartholomew’s Hospital focused on the development of IMRT for cervical cancer. Dr Taylor has a particular interest in advanced radiotherapy technologies, including IMRT, image guided brachytherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy with ongoing research studies evaluating these techniques for recurrent gynaecological cancer.
