GMC reg: 4631190Alex trained at St. Georges Hospital London before completing basic general surgical training in Kent. He went on to undertake research into the effects of reperfusion injury following Aortic aneurysm repair at Northwick Park hospital and then completed his higher surgical and vascular training in the south west. In order to persue his interest in endovenous therapies he was appointed a senior vascular and endovascular fellowship at the nationally renowned Freeman Hospital vascular unit in Newcastle and was subsequently asked to take up a consultant post there. Alex returned to the south in 2013 with his young family to assume the post of consultant vascular
