Mr Afroze Khan

Mr Afroze Khan qualified in Medicine and Surgery from King’s College London in 2004. He completed his basic surgical training in London before undertaking higher specialist training in Otolaryngology (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery . He trained in several leading centres including Charing Cross Hospital and The Royal Marsden Hospital , before completing higher surgical and fellowship training at University Hospital Southampton and Winchester Hospitals , with specialist focus on mucosal and structural rhinology . Mr Khan has been a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust since 2019 . He also practises privately at The Candover Clinic and The Hampshire Clinic (Circle Health Group) . He provides comprehensive ENT care for both adults and children, with particular expertise in the following areas: Specialist Interests Rhinoplasty (Functional and Cosmetic) Nasal surgery to improve both appearance and nasal breathing, including correction of nasal obstruction. Nose and Sinus Conditions Management of chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal blockage, facial pain, and runny nose. Mr Khan performs the majority of sinus surgery within North Hampshire. Facial Skin Cancer and Skin Lesion Surgery Diagnosis and surgical management of facial skin cancers and benign lesions, with an emphasis on functional and aesthetic reconstruction. Paediatric ENT Comprehensive management of children’s ENT conditions including hearing loss, snoring, neck lumps, throat symptoms, and ear abnormalities. Dizziness and Balance Disorders Diagnosis and management of adult dizziness and chronic imbalance, including BPPV, Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), Ménière’s disease, and endolymphatic hydrops . Throat Conditions Assessment of voice change, throat discomfort, and swallowing symptoms, with extensive experience in the diagnosis of throat and laryngeal cancer . Blocked Ears and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction Management of blocked ear symptoms, including Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty , with significant experience performing this procedure regionally.
