I have been working as consultant in general and colorectal surgery for the past 29 years working in the NHS. I trained mainly in Scotland before moving to West Yorkshire.

My special interest is in all forms of laparoscopic surgery to treat hernia, gallstones and other gastro-intestinal diseases. I treat patients with haemorrhoidal disease using trans-anal haemorrhoidal artery ligation (THD) and Anolift techniques. I also perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy (and polypectomy).
