Dr Abbas Ismail

Dr Ismail qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in 1989. He trained in rheumatology and general medicine in London, Sheffield and Manchester. Dr Ismail has been a Consultant Rheumatologist at Stockport NHS Trust since 2000. Dr Ismail is a very well respected Rheumatologist with considerable experience treating a wide range of rheumatic disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Lupus, fibromyalgia and gout. He also has a specialist interest in osteoporosis and Paget's disease of the bone and has published numerous scientific articles in this field. He is the Director of the Osteoporosis Service in Stockport.
