Jonathan leads the Engagement Team which includes helping hospitals and consultants meet their legal obligations, as well as the team responsible for patients, and liaising private medical insurers, along with PHIN’s communications team.
Jonathan has more than 35 years’ experience in various policy and communications roles, as well as extensive knowledge of delivering excellent health websites and information for patients that supports informed decision making. Jonathan joined PHIN in January 2015 from Bupa where he headed their health website and content team. Previously, he was a manager in Bupa’s central clinical team with responsibilities for medical communications and professional relations.
