Professor Prof Jeremy Levy

I am a Consultant Nephrologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Professor of Practice (Medicine) at Imperial College London, and the Regional Specialty Advisor for the Royal College of Physicians. I trained in Nephrology in Cambridge, London and Oxford interrupted by spells of skiing, ski-mountaineering and volcano climbing. I have a major clinical interest in immune mediated kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, HIV and kidney disease, vasculitis, polycystic kidneys, and chronic kidney disease, and have written textbooks on dialysis and nephrology and on academic training. I have been chair of the UK Renal Association Training and Education committee, and am Director of Clinical Academic Training for Imperial College London, and Governance Lead for the Imperial College Kidney and Transplant Unit.
