Special clinical interests
Hip and Knee replacement Complex and Revision knee replacement Partial knee replacement I believe knee arthroplasty surgery should only be performed by surgeons who regularly undertake both unicompartmental and total knee replacement in high volumes. If this is within the private sector, they should be undertaking such surgery within the NHS also. I am a member of the national Revision Knee Working Group and chair the British Association of Surgery of the Knee Primary Knee Arthroplasty Working Group
