Mr Trevor Dorkin

I was appointed a consultant urological surgeon at the Freeman and Wansbeck hospitals in 2006 having undertaken fellowship training in Vellore, India and Sydney, Australia. My main area of interest is genito-urethral reconstruction and surgical andrology. I also have an extensive general urology practice including stone disease. I am a member of the Court of Examiners at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Intercollegiate Urology Examinations Board. I am Chair of the Newcastle Hospitals Trust Clinical Audit and Guidelines Group. I sit on the Andrology Section Committee of BAUS. I also undertake medico-legal work and provide expert reports for civil and criminal cases
