Mr Paresh Kothari

I work as Trauma and orthopaedic consultant at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS trust (Kingsmill Hospital & Newark Hospital) I joined as a consultant in july 2004 and set up the foot and ankle unit in the trust. I have a wonderful team of Nurses including two nurse specialists who work with me, junior doctors including registrars and physiotherapist and Orthotists. I also work at Treatment Centre Nottingham, Wood Thorpe hospital and the BMI Park hospital Nottingham in my non NHS time. I love teaching and training . My special interest is all forms of foot & ankle surgery in adults - bunion surgery, big toe arthritis (including fusion and joint replacement), painful ankle and midfoot, sports injuries around ankle and foot, tendo achilles problems, flat foot reconstruction, foot and ankle trauma, deformed toes and neuromas
