GMC# 7049109 GDC# 243920 I am a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMFS) since 2015. My basic degree is in medicine as well as dentistry. Hence, I am regulated by both General Medical Council and General Dental Council of England. I have been through extensive training. I have a membership and fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons in England and of Ireland. I am in the OMFS specialist register maintained by GMC. I have a strong commitment to teaching, training and recruitment in this specialty. At present, I hold a substantive consultant post. I am also Specialty and Governance lead of the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics at the Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals. I am also the Clinical Director of Head and Neck Services (OMFS & Orthodontics, ENT, Audiology, and Ophthalmology) at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I examine medicine for University of Sheffield and Oral Surgery (FFDRCSI) for the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. I also hold honorary senior lecturer title from the University of Sheffield. I am regularly asked to review submissions by the editorial panel of British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
