GMC reg: 3583045Mr Lee won a place to read Medicine at Cambridge University in 1986. He obtained his BA (Hons) degree in Medical Sciences in 1989 and the following qualifications: MB BChir 1991, MA 1991. Between 1997 and 2004, he received specialist training in Urology in London. He was awarded a British Urological Foundation Scholarship and the Short Paper Prize from the Urology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine. He undertook sub-specialty training in Female, Reconstructive and Neuro-Urology at the Institute of Urology. In 2003 and obtained his specialist qualification of FRCS(Urol). He gained entry to the Specialist Registry in Urology in 2004. In the same year, he was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon to St. George’s Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer to St George’s, University of London. He was Head of Department between 2008 to 2011. He introduced the use of Botulinum toxin for Overactive and Neurogenic Bladder. He promoted artificial urinary sphincter surgery for adult and adolescent patients. He provided urological care to patients at Atkinson Morley and Wolfson Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit. He was a Personal Tutor and Responsible Examiner for Penultimate Year OSCE; Educational and Clinical Supervisor to trainees. After his sabbatical in Singapore, he returned to London to continue his practice in Functional and Neuro-Urology at the London Spinal Cord Injury Centre.
