Mr Ferenc Toth

I graduated in 1991 from the Medical School of Pecs University, Hungary and have been a consultant in trauma surgery since 1997, a consultant in hand surgery since 1999 and a consultant orthopaedic surgeon since 2003. Between 2004 and 2005 I worked as department head of the hand surgery unit at the University of Pecs. I joined the orthopaedic team at Practice Plus Group Hospital, Barlborough in 2005 and have been an active member of the hospital since. My qualifications: -Honorary Professor at Medical School of Pecs University, Hungary, Medical School of Pecs University, Hungary -PhD (Doctor of Philosophy), Medical School of Pecs University, Hungary -Med Habil (Medical Habilitation), Medical School of Pecs University, Hungary -Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, The Committee for Specialized Graduate and Postgraduate Medical Studies, Budapest, Hungary -Consultant Trauma Surgeon, The National Board of Qualification, Budapest, Hungary -Consultant Hand Surgeon, The Committee for Specialized Graduate and Postgraduate Medical Studies, Budapest, Hungary  I have a special academic interest in hand injury, prosthetic replacement and hip fractures. I have published numerous articles in the international journals and given presentations at international congresses. I was an invited lecturer at the Medical School of Pecs University, teaching paramedic and physiotherapy students. I still take an active part in the practical training of physiotherapists and nurses.
