Long Term Vascular Access - Insertion of; Portacaths; Arm Ports; PICCs;Tunnelled Central Venous Catheters (Hickman Lines) for Chemotherapy or TPN; Apheresis lines for stem cell harvesting; Vascular Catheters including Tesio lines for dialysis or red cell exchange; Obstetric Anaesthesia and Analgesia; Anaesthesia for major surgery including thoracic epidural analgesia; Spinal anaesthesia for major surgery; Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA) and sedation techniques.
