I am the Director and Co-founder of MyPain. I work as Consultant in Anaesthesia & Pain Medicine at The Chelsea & Westminster Hospital and Kent & Canterbury NHS Hospitals. My Private practice is at Nuffield Healthcare Hospitals in Shrewsbury and Spencer Hospitals in Kent. After completing a Doctorate in Medicine, I trained in Anaesthesia and Pain at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital, University College London Hospitals, The Royal Free Hospital, The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery, Kings College Hospital and The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. I have over 25 years experience as a doctor and over 15 years experience in pain medicine. My area of expertise is helping people manage their back pain, neck pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, pelvic pain, abdominal pain and any other chronic pain syndromes. My clinical practice is based on cutting edge scientific research on the management of acute and chronic pain.

I specialise in using a combination of Behaviour change strategies, medicines and minor surgical procedures for the treatment of chronic pain.
