I live and work in the East Riding of Yorkshire and have been a consultant here since 2006. I have practiced independently for 10 years - working for myself. I work hard on my relationships with patients making sure I understand to the best of my abilities the stresses and worries of the person in front of me and clearly explaining the options available for treatment and where there is no treatment available then I give advice and counselling to come to terms with the situation. I keep up to date on surgical techniques and am a member of the British Society of Dermatological Surgery and British Association of Dermatologists attending the conference annually.
