Diagnosis and endoscopic removal of advanced precancerous polyps and early bowel cancer at colonoscopy. Performance indicators for colonoscopy (polyp detection / removal, completion, sedation rates, comfort scores, complications) are regularly audited covering whole of practice. Video capsule endoscopy and colonoscopy (swallowed miniaturised disposable wireless camera) helping to investigate anaemia and diagnose disease of small intestine and colon. Clinical nutrition specialist with an extensive experience of managing complex nutrition problems. General practice managing full spectrum of intestinal, liver and pancreas / gall-bladder disorders, including anaemia, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis and Crohns), disorders of digestion and absorption, gastro-oesophageal reflux and Barretts, coeliac disease, hepatitis / cirrhosis and patients with post-surgical intestinal disorders.
