Dr Andrew Jordan

Dr Jordan qualified from Oxford University Medical School in 2006 before undergoing training in Oxford and at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London. He took the opportunity to complete his specialist registrar posts in the Wessex region and then successfully applied for the Gawthorn Clinical Research Fellowship at the University of Exeter. His research investigated the treatment of newly-diagnosed severe hypertension and the cardiovascular response to treatment, using state-of-the art microvascular techniques and cardiac MRI. He maintains accreditation with the British Society of Echocardiography in transthoracic and transoesophageal imaging.
